Fragolí-Wild Strawberry Ramos Fizz • Recipe


There are 125 grams of wild forest strawberries in every bottle of Fragolí Toschi. This cocktail was created by Francesco Lafranconi and was enjoyed during the Taste of Italy lunch at Tales of the Cocktail 2012. Fragolí-Wild Strawberry Ramos Fizz

1 oz London Dry-style Gin
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz lime juice
2 ½ oz Ramos Fizz Mix*
Method: shake ingredients vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds or flash blend, then strain into a tumbler filled with a muddled strawberry at the bottom. Top with club soda.
Garnish: slice of strawberry and micro basil.
*Ramos Fizz Mix:
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • ½ oz egg white
  • 1 oz rock candy syrup
  • 5 drops orange flower water
Note: keep refrigerated.
Shelf life: up to egg white or heavy cream expiration date (which ever expires first).
