- 2 scoops New Orleans Ice Cream Company’s Brandy Milk Punch Ice Cream
- 2 ounces Old New Orleans Cajun Spice Rum
- 1 ounce of P.J.’s Coffee Concentrate
Puree ingredients in a blender with ice for 8-10 seconds. Top with a dash of cinnamon.
